3DME 144BCD Track Chain Rings 3% edition

3D Miniature Engineering is now proud to offer a low cost high quality fully customisable chain rings.

All sides are fully machined from a 6mm plate of 6061 T6 grade aluminum alloy using a 4 axis CNC mill.

Custom tooth profile designed with 3% clearances on the chain roller to maximise drive and minimise friction. Each chain ring is made to order following strict QA practices and tight tolerances on all drive and mounting dimensions and surfaces.

The internal face has been pocketed to reduce weight but maintain maximum stiffness to perform under high wattage applications.

As of March 2018 all manufactured chain rings are now laser engraved with our new 30W fibre optic laser. Check us out in Instagram under "3DMiniatureEngineering" for all our laser and manufacturing vids.
